The investment opportunity was predicated upon the highly fragmented U.S private school market with high concentration of mom & pop owners among only a handfull of large institutional owners. Endeavor was successfull in building a portfolio of 34 private schools fastly becoming the 13th largest private school owners in the U.S. In 2018, the group sold the majority of its interest in Endeavor to LEEDs equity for $120,000,000 and retained a small investment in the new entity.
