FVP is working as a fee developer and consultant on a 5-acre parcel in West Palm Beach located at the intersection of Nassau and Lake Worth.  The approved site plan contains a 100,000 Sqft Self Storage facility alongside a 25,000 Sqft medical building and a 3,000 restaurant outparcel.   The project is broken down into three phases with the Self Storage facility anchoring and leading out parcel the development of phase I.  FVP has engaged Brickell Group Construction as the contractor for the project and helped source a construction loan from Banco Popular for phase I.  Value StoreIt will be the manager of the Storage facility which is expected to open in Q4 2024.
