OCEAN DADELAND

In November 2023, FVP partnered with Atlantic Pacific Companies to redevelop a 1.02-acre property adjacent to the Metrorail Dadeland South Station in the Core subdistrict of the Downtown Kendall Urban Center. This joint venture aims to create a prime transport-oriented development (TOD) in proximity to Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown Miami, and other neighborhoods in Miami via the Metrorail line. The project is poised to become a benchmark for future developments along the Highway 1 corridor.

The project, designed by Corwil Architects, with Witkin Hults + Partners as the landscape architect, includes two connected mixed-use towers that will offer a total of 500 residential units in studio, one, two, and three-bedroom configurations ranging from 424 to 1,343 square feet, 3,300 square feet of retail space, and 668 parking spaces. The towers will be connected by a bridge that provides ample light and airflow and will feature a range of amenities, including a landscaped pool deck, fitness center, and covered outdoor terrace.
