Ocean Dadeland

In November 2023, FVP partnered with Atlantic Pacific Companies to redevelop a 1.02-acre property adjacent to the Metrorail Dadeland South Station in the Core subdistrict of the Downtown Kendall Urban Center. This joint venture aims to create a prime transport-oriented development (TOD) in proximity to Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown Miami, and other neighborhoods in Miami via the Metrorail line.

Hub Miami

In February 2023, FVP partnered with The John Buck Company of Chicago to acquire the 1.03-acre Opportunity Zone site for Miami Station in the heart of Downtown Miami. The joint venture will undertake this project, comprising 301 residential units and 250,000 square feet of premier office and retail space, and is set to commence construction in the latter half of 2023.

We develop in South Florida, where our unique expertise in managing entitlements, planning, zoning, permitting, design, and construction components is best realized. Our development projects include residential luxury townhomes, detached single-family, and multifamily apartment projects. We have over 20 years of experience in land developments and land banking residential lot projects.
