Florida Value Partners completed the purchase of a 260,000 sqft suburban office portfolio in the Miami Kendall submarket.  FVP acquired the properties for $ 34.3 M. 

The portfolio consists of 6 office buildings located at 9350-9360 Sunset Drive, 9485-9495 Sunset Drive, and 9415-9425 Sunset Drive.  The acquisition represents an estimated 10% of the overall suburban office inventory in the Kendall submarket. The submarket remains one of the strongest-performing suburban submarkets in the country, with high market rents and a market-wide occupancy of 92%. 

FVP plans to reposition and renovate the 80s-vintage office portfolio.  The portfolio is located less than one mile from Baptist Hospital’s campus, and the renovation is expected to create more medical tenancy opportunities while modernizing the existing office campus. 

This portfolio reflects Florida Value Partners’ focus on well-located commercial assets with strong potential for long-term operational improvement and value creation.
